With how crazy life can get, sometimes we don’t have time to go to the gym. In other cases, a gym membership just isn’t an option, and working out at home is the most effective option for getting your exercise in.
Whether you want to target abs, legs, back, or whatever it may be, in most cases, it can often be the most effective option to just get a machine that does it all.
Although it isn’t clearly stated, budget full-body workout machines will be in mind here, because we all love to save a little money and due to the research I have done for this article, these options can be great home full-body workout equipment, without breaking the bank.

Full Body Workout Machines For Home
Here are some great low-cost Full Body Workout Machines for Home.
Sunny Health & Fitness Dual Function Magnetic Rowing Machine
With a 275 LB MAX WEIGHT threshold, and the ability to be folded and put away easily and cleanly, the Sunny Health & Fitness DUAL Function Rowing machine is an absolute steal.
The rowing machine naturally requires a majority of your muscles to be working when rowing and depending on your form and strategy when approaching it, can hit all your muscle groups.
It features a digital monitor, 8 adjustable resistance levels, nonslip straps on the footrests, and a secondary foot resting position for more targeting abilities.
It’s made out of Alloy steal and the only real problem I have with the machine is the odd requirement of having 2 AA batteries for the machine. It’s an odd choice but the machine is great regardless.
You can use the machine for upright rows.
Bent over rows can also be done using the machine.
Additionally, you can use this machine for shoulder shrugs and bicep curls.
The machine can be used in endless amounts of ways and forms and it is an incredible option for those of you looking for a cheap but effective full-body home workout machine.
Gold’s Gym XRS 50 Home Gym System
With a max weight of 112 lbs and 280 lbs of resistance weight, the Gold’s Gym XRS 50 home gym machine is a great weighted option for getting that tension to feel when working out at home.
This home gym system brings the gym to you and you get the exact same tactical feel and experience that you would get at the gym at your own home.
The quality of the machine is incredible. Given the brand, Gold’s Gym, the reputation really does hold up here. The weight, build, and overall feel of the machine are praised.
The machine allows you to do lat pulldowns, chest flys, tricep pull downs, weighted ab crunches, sit-ups, and a whole other list of possible uses.
If the rowing machine tension doesn’t seem like something that suits you, and you enjoy the ability to feel the weight and have a more hands-on feel, then the Gold’s Gym Home System is definitely for you.
Total Gym APEX Versatile Total Body Machine
Having an incredible reputation for over 20 years, Total Gym has a great piece of full-body equipment here with an overall weight range of 300 pounds of weight.
The machine features over 70 different exercises, 8 resistance levels, cable pulley systems, padded rolling and gliding board, as well as a whole host of other uses and features.
This really is an entire package. Although, the resistance is limiting for those that enjoy the iron weight feel, but is a great option regardless.
The machine also folds and can be easily put away and stored.
It’s also important to note that the system includes a squat stand, dip bars, wing attachments, leg pull accessories, full access to Total Gym’s streaming service to help with guides and workouts, and a lot more.
I really can’t praise the device enough considering the reputation and versatility of this full-body workout machine. If you like pulley systems and something that can be stored and hidden away when not being used, I really recommend the Total Gym system.
Lanos Hydraulic Rowing Machine
Being one of the most budget-friendly options on this list, Lanos’s Hydraulic Rowing Machine is a great full-body workout machine, having a max of 250 pounds and a one-of-a-kind design for a full range of workouts.
The main feature and appeal of this machine is the hydraulic aspect. For some, this is an odd feeling but if you consider the industry mostly uses resistance or traditional weights, this machine actually brings something different to the table.
I will say that this machine is the least versatile from this list. While being one of the cheapest, it still offers a whole lot of value for your buck.
You mostly are going to be doing a rowing type of motion, but because of the hydraulic system, you also use your legs and glutes to help with the motion.
It can also be folded and easily stored and the overall look of the machine is clean and would be a great addition to your home gym.
This device may be slightly less versatile but the price and the unique targeting system that it uses to make it an excellent option for a full-body home workout machine.
K KingKang Adjustable Weight Bench Utility Workout Bench
If you are looking for something that offers a more calisthenics and body weight-focused full-body workout system, the kingKang Adjustable Weight bench is an excellent choice.
With the ability to be used in both horizontal, incline, and decline positions, this bench offers you the full range of targeting abilities and comes with an additional pair of small weights and even a pulley system.
With a marketed 15 ways of using the machine, this really does offer even more than that. With the addition of weights, you can do a whole variety of workouts.
The design and look of the bench alone are clean and compact.
I can see this being a great ab-focused system but of course, with some additional dumbbells and or barbells, you can really turn this into an all-you-need option.
MBB Multifunction Home Gym Equiptment
Being the cheapest and most cost-effective choice on this list, the MBB Multifunction Full Body Machine is a great value. It offers an all-body weight option, so there may be a desire to get some additional weights with this system.
The design is compact and easy to put away and fold. It also offers a small screen for tracking data on calories burned and a timer.
If you are looking for one of the most simple options for a full bodyweight workout device, this is definitely going to be something you want to look into.
Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbell Pair
Coming to our final product on this list, the Bowflex pair of adjustable dumbbells is a traditional, yet versatile and highly adjustable option on this list.
Of course, naturally with a uniquely compact pair of dumbells with the ability to adjust the weight on the spot, this is our most expensive option on this list.
Each of the dumbells can be adjustable from 5 to 52.5 pounds! This allows you to do multiple types of workouts without having to swap out anything other than a quick switch.
Dumbbells allow you to hit everybody group and especially with these, there is no need to have a huge amount of space due to the compact nature of these dumbells.
